Dates, times and venues

All information can be found on the term dates page, including any changes to dates, times or venue which will be updated in the ‘notices’ section at the top of the page. This information will also be sent to you via WhatsApp. 

Booking and paying for sessions 

Bookings and payments can be made by visiting the book sessions page or you can pay by BACS by requesting an invoice, please email helen@pelicanproject.org.uk. 

Payment Schedule:

Term 1 (Autumn) - deadline for payments - Friday 20 September

Term 2 (Spring) - deadline for payments - Friday 17 January

Term 3 (Summer) - deadline for payments - Friday 25 April

Speaking to a member of the team

If you would like to speak to one of the team, please do so at the end of a session. If this hasn’t been possible, please email helen@pelicanproject.org.uk or charlie@pelicanproject.org.uk or WhatsApp message the Pelican number 07923 373241 to arrange a time to speak or meet one of the team. The Pelican phone and emails are monitored once daily during term time, and we will reply to you as soon as we are able.

Introducing friends to The Pelican Project

If you have a friend who is interested in joining The Pelican Project, please invite them to register their interest on the Become a Pelican page. 

Accessing sessions

Everyone is expected to attend activities with a parent or carer. 

In some instances, and only after discussion and assessment with project facilitators, Pelican members may access certain activities independently. Please contact us to discuss this. 

Please arrive no more than 20 minutes before a session start time so that the facilitators can prepare for the session adequately and safely before your arrival.
