Later this year we will introduce a wellbeing group to our program.
We will look at a variety of wellbeing practices from Yoga to aromatherapy, Reiki to sound baths.
This group is designed for young people, their carers and families who need a quiet space in their week for peace, reflection and some much needed free time.
Activities will centre on ‘sensory’ learners with complex needs but will welcome anyone seeking to improve their wellbeing, and learn about practices that they can use throughout their daily routine.
